Lost Mountain Software, LLC (“Lost Mountain Software,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile applications, including but not limited to ReflexTap Pro and PitLedger, available on the Apple App Store.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data.

Our applications:

Do not collect personally identifiable information
Do not require account registration
Do not request your name, email address, phone number, or location
Do not access your contacts, microphone, or camera without explicit permission
Do not transmit any data to Lost Mountain Software servers

Local App Data

All data created within our apps is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to Lost Mountain Software. This includes but is not limited to:

ReflexTap Pro:

Reaction times, scores, streaks, session counts, and app preferences

PitLedger:

Race car details, maintenance records, expense logs, team member information, race results, setup sheets, log book entries, and app preferences

This data belongs entirely to you. We never see it, access it, or store it on any server we operate.

2. iCloud Sync (Apple CloudKit)

PitLedger optionally syncs data across your own Apple devices using Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure. This sync:

Is controlled entirely by your iCloud account settings
Is handled by Apple — not by Lost Mountain Software
Means Lost Mountain Software never has access to your synced data
Can be disabled at any time by turning off iCloud for the app in your iPhone Settings

ReflexTap Pro does not use iCloud sync.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PitLedger offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“PitLedger Team”) that unlock premium features.

All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account
Lost Mountain Software does not collect or store payment information
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings

4. Data Usage

Because no personal data is collected:

We do not process user data
We do not sell data
We do not share data with third parties
We do not use data for advertising or tracking

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Lost Mountain Software applications:

Do not use advertising SDKs
Do not use analytics or telemetry services
Do not use tracking technologies
Do not use cookies or cross-app identifiers
Do not contain ads of any kind

6. App Permissions

Our applications request only the minimum permissions necessary to function.

ReflexTap Pro requires no sensitive permissions. Optional features such as haptic feedback are handled entirely on-device.

PitLedger requires no sensitive permissions for core functionality. A future update may optionally request access to your Photo Library to allow attaching photos to maintenance logs or race entries. This permission will be optional, clearly disclosed at the time of request, and used only to display photos you explicitly select.

Neither app requests location, contacts, microphone, or camera access.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with:

Advertisers
Analytics providers
Data brokers
Affiliates
Government entities (because we have nothing to share)

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device:

Data is retained only on your device
Deleting the app removes all associated local data
We have no ability to access, recover, or delete your data remotely
iCloud-synced data (PitLedger) can be removed by deleting the app and managing your iCloud storage in iPhone Settings

9. Children’s Privacy

Our applications are not designed specifically for children under 13, but they do not contain:

Ads
Social features
Data collection
External communication of any kind

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Apple App Store Privacy Nutrition Label

In accordance with Apple App Store requirements, our apps are designated “Data Not Collected” — meaning no data is linked to you or used to track you across apps and websites.

Applicable privacy and consumer protection regulations

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
